Below are several recipes from the Culinary Medicine course at Montana State University. This course is taught in the fall to medical, nursing, and other allied health profession students.
As you can see, the recipes are written in an avant-garde manner. Basically, they don't look like a typical recipe that you find online (or here on my site). The recipes are written to reduce any barriers to cooking by making the recipe more straightforward and easy to follow. Each recipe has a little bit of additional information about food and nutrition as well.
